The Company Floor
Everything a mid-size factory needs to run -- quality, maintenance, safety, finance, HR, production -- in one platform, at a flat fee. No per-user pricing. No SAP-sized budgets.
A complete operations platform,
not another point solution
The Company Floor is a manufacturing operations platform that covers every department on a factory floor. It replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, SharePoint lists, paper forms, and disconnected legacy systems that most mid-size manufacturers rely on today.
Where enterprise ERP systems like SAP demand dedicated consultants, multi-year rollouts, and budgets measured in hundreds of thousands, The Company Floor delivers the same operational coverage at a fraction of the cost and complexity. It deploys in days, not months. It trains in hours, not weeks.
Every module -- from quality management and maintenance scheduling to safety compliance and financial tracking -- lives under one roof with shared data, consistent interfaces, and a single login. When a maintenance work order triggers a spare parts request that updates inventory levels that feeds into the finance module, it all happens automatically.
Every department, one platform
Each module is purpose-built for manufacturing operations -- not a generic business tool with a factory skin draped over it.
Quality
NCRs, CAPAs, calibration tracking, SPC charts, customer complaints, and statistical process control in one integrated quality management system.
Maintenance
Work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, equipment registers, and breakdown tracking with full audit trails.
Safety & HSE
Incident reporting, safety audits, aspect and impact registers, risk assessments, PPE issuance tracking, and visitor induction management.
Finance
Budget management, cash retirement workflows, multi-currency support with real-time exchange rates, and SBO integration for accounts receivable.
HR
Employee profiles, leave management, transport requests with multi-step approval workflows, and integration with Azure AD for single sign-on.
Production
OEE tracking, line monitoring, downtime analysis, and production output recording tied directly to planning targets and quality metrics.
Planning
Command center dashboard, SKU management, production predictions, and schedule coordination across lines with capacity planning tools.
Stores & Warehousing
Stock tracking, consumption monitoring, reorder point management, and warehouse operations with full movement history and SAP integration.
Training
Skills matrix, competency assessments, training needs analysis, completion tracking, and training hours logging for workforce development.
IT
Hardware asset management, server monitoring, network infrastructure, access points, and IT project tracking with milestone and feature management.
BBBEE
Compliance scorecards, employee demographic profiling, SETA reporting, and skills development tracking for South African regulatory requirements.
Transport
Request management with multi-step approval workflows, vehicle allocation, driver assignment, and trip completion tracking with printable forms.
Procurement
Commodity requests, supplier management, price tracking, and purchase workflows that integrate with stores and finance for end-to-end visibility.
From signup to shopfloor in days
No six-month implementation projects. No consultants flying in from overseas. The Company Floor is designed to be operational quickly.
Configure Your Plant
Set up your site structure, departments, and user access. Multi-site operations get per-plant configurations with group-level visibility. Each site can run its own currency while leadership sees consolidated views.
Activate Modules
Turn on the modules you need. Quality and Maintenance might come first, then Safety and Production. Each module works independently but shares data with the rest of the platform when relevant.
Operate and Grow
Your team starts working. Data flows between modules automatically. As you grow -- adding sites, departments, or countries -- the platform grows with you. No migration projects, no new licenses.
Built for factories that SAP forgot
The Company Floor exists because mid-size manufacturers deserve proper operational software. Not a cut-down version of an enterprise system that still costs a fortune. Not a collection of SaaS tools that don't talk to each other. A single platform built from the ground up for how factories actually work.
If your operations team currently runs on spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, paper forms, and SharePoint lists held together with hope, The Company Floor replaces all of that with something that actually works together.
-
Mid-size manufacturers Too large for spreadsheets, too lean for SAP. Factories with real operational complexity but without a dedicated ERP team.
-
Multi-site operations Companies running plants across different countries and currencies that need group-level visibility with per-site autonomy.
-
African manufacturers Built with African manufacturing realities in mind -- BBBEE compliance, load-shedding resilience, multi-currency operations, and regional regulatory requirements.
-
Operations managers People who need cross-departmental visibility without logging into five different systems and reconciling data in a spreadsheet.
Flat fee. Every module. Every user.
Most enterprise software charges per user, per module, per site. That model punishes growth. The Company Floor does the opposite.
One price. Everything included.
The Company Floor uses flat-fee pricing. You pay one price for the entire platform -- every module, every user, every feature. Adding a new department, onboarding new staff, or expanding to a new site does not increase your license cost.
This is a deliberate choice. Per-user pricing discourages adoption. It forces operations managers to ration access and creates shadow systems where people who should be in the platform are stuck in spreadsheets instead. Flat-fee pricing means everyone who needs access gets it.
- All 13+ modules included
- Unlimited users
- Multi-site support
- Multi-currency built in
- No per-module add-ons
- No growth penalties
Born on a factory floor
The Company Floor was not designed in a boardroom or a Silicon Valley coworking space. It was built inside a real can manufacturing plant -- on the shopfloor, alongside the production lines, maintenance workshops, and quality labs where it would actually be used.
The problem was clear: mid-size manufacturers across Africa were stuck between two bad options. Option one was SAP or a similar enterprise ERP -- powerful but impossibly expensive for anyone without a Fortune 500 budget, requiring specialist consultants and multi-year implementation timelines. Option two was the spreadsheet-and-SharePoint patchwork that most factories actually use, where critical operational data lives in a dozen disconnected systems that nobody trusts.
There should be a third option: a proper operations platform that covers every department, deploys quickly, and doesn't charge you more every time you add a user or a site.
That conviction became The Company Floor. Every module was shaped by real operational needs -- the kind you only discover by watching a maintenance planner try to schedule preventive work with nothing but a calendar and a prayer, or a quality manager tracking NCRs across three spreadsheets and a whiteboard.
The platform now covers quality, maintenance, safety, finance, HR, production, planning, stores, training, IT, compliance, transport, and procurement. It supports multi-site, multi-country, and multi-currency operations out of the box. And it does all of this at a flat fee, because the people who need this software the most are exactly the ones who can least afford per-user enterprise pricing.
